The information we request from you is minimal and is gathered solely to register/maintain you as a customer of BGCT and/or to register/maintain you as a subscriber to our mailing list. The standard information we request when you sign up to BGCT via our Website is as follows: e-mail address, full name of the recipient, shipping address, phone number (optional) billing information (credit card number, billing zip/postcode, billing country, CVC) (“Personal Information”). 

BGCT uses this information to process and ship your orders and to keep you up to date with your shipments and occasional bowls promotions. We gather no information from you other than the information you voluntarily provide and BCGT will never sell, rent or disclose any of your Personal Information with third parties for marketing purposes. BGCT uses industry-standard encryption techniques and stores all personally identifying information in a secure manner. In addition, BGCT stores all Credit card information with a third-party PCI-compliant credit card vault.


BGCT uses your Personal Information with a view to give you a high-quality customer experience. We will use your e-mail address as our primary source of communication with you regarding the shipping and tracking of your order. We will also use your e-mail to contact you personally if we find any errors with your account (e.g. invalid shipping address due to typo).

If you are signed up to our mailing list, you will receive occasional promotional e-mails from us. If ever you wish to stop receiving these e-mails, there is an ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of each e-mail that you can click to remove your e-mail address from our list.

If you leave an item in your shopping cart, but have entered your e-mail address at the start of Checkout, you may receive 1 to 3 e-mails encouraging you to return to the website and complete your sale. As such, BGCT cannot guarantee complete security of Personal Information, since this level of security cannot currently be achieved on the internet. Users must therefore accept all risks associated with data transmission on the internet (and thus on the BGCT website), including the potential interception of their Personal Information while in transit.
